In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, Zondi praised Dlamini's versatility and skill set, which he feels are well-suited for the European style of play.
"He is underrated. He is a very good midfielder who can play either on the wing or as a second striker. He is very good and from what I have seen in him - he can play in Spain. His style of play is good for Europe. It fits in very well. If you have seen him play then you can see that he is a rare talent. He doesn't just create goals he also scores and that's what is very important when you are playing as a midfielder in Europe. That's why I think it will be a good move for him to La Liga," Zondi told the Siya crew.

Zondi also emphasized the importance of having a coach who understands Dlamini's abilities and knows how to utilise them effectively. He suggested that the right coaching approach could unlock Dlamini's full potential and significantly enhance his career prospects.
"If you know how to use him then you can bring the best out of him. Use him in his best position and I think that's in the attacking areas. So, if he can move to Europe whether in Spain or any other country they should use him in the position they saw him playing and they will bring the best out of him. But as I said, he can fit in very well in Spain," Zondi told Soccer Laduma.
