Orlando Pirates have been dealt a blow ahead of their eagerly awaited DStv Premiership match against Swallows FC this weekend as three players have been ruled out due to injuries.
The Buccaneers will host the Dube Birds at Orlando Stadium on Sunday hoping to return to winning ways after losing against log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns in their opening match of the new year last weekend.

Speaking about the clash against high-flying Swallows, Pirates coach Josef Zinnabuer confirmed that Zakhele Lepasa, Tshegofatso Mabasa and Abel Mabaso are not in contention to take part.
The German mentor further confirmed that the team is monitoring the situation with two other stars in Kabelo Dlamini and Richard Ofori.

"In terms of injured (players), Lepasa, Mabasa and Mabaso are completely out. Dlamini and Ofori we have to see what's happened. It's difficult, I think there's not enough time. The other players are ready, and we'll find the best players for the three points," said the coach, speaking through Pirates' media department.
