The draw for the Nedbank Cup round of 32 was made on Thursday evening in Johannesburg.
There were no seeded teams, meaning all the Absa Premiership could be drawn against each other.
The draw was made up of teams from the Absa Premiership teams, National First Division and and ABC Motsepe Leagues.
Mamelodi Sundowns will play hosts to ABC Motsepe League outfit, Mariveni United, while Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will face Stellenbosch FC and EC Bees FC respectively.
The dates and venues for the Last 32 clashes will be announced in due course.
