Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, Brighton Mhlongo, has admitted that it will be an emotional return when he plays at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Saturday in the Nedbank Cup final.

When Pirates faced their opponents, SuperSport United, at the same venue in August last year, Mhlongo suffered a long-term knee injury that kept him out of the team for the better part of five months, and he has now admitted that it will bring back some of the emotions that he experienced while on the sidelines.
"Eish. You know it's obviously so emotional returning to Peter Mokaba Stadium," he told the Siya crew. "When they announced the finals venue it hit me but I am over that now."
The 25-year-old went on to say that he feels like it's fate for him to be playing at the venue and that he will be up for the challenge on Saturday.
"There should be a reason why God wanted my first game at the stadium after the injury to be in this cup final. I am ready both emotionally and physically, and I know my team mates are also ready for the game," the shot-stopper concluded.
