A penalty goal from Nathan Paulse handed Ajax Cape Town a 1-0 win over Kaizer Chiefs to see the Urban Warriors crowned MTN8 Champions at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

However, during the game, near the end of full time, there was a bit of an uproar on the side of the field involving Masilela and De Sa which marred the match.

Speaking after the game, Masilela explained what happened and said he did not like the way De Sa handled himself as a coach.

"Roger De Sa used the 'f word' and all I was saying that as a coach I respect him and I don't expect that from him," explained Masilela.

"I will never do that to him, I will never use the 'f word' to him.

"We haven't shaken hands, but I'm sure in the heat of the moment everyone wants to win."

Masilela also expressed his sadness in losing the game and admitted Ajax were the better team on the day.

"To be honest we struggled a bit," said the left-back.

"I think Ajax were the better side. They deserve to win and we were second best.

"We struggled to win the second balls against Paulse. He was giving us problems.

"I feel sorry for the fans. Everyone that came out here to support us.

"We need to go back to the drawing board, we have a game on Wednesday that we have to look forward to."
