Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney recently scored a stunning halfway-line effort for DC United in the MLS. How does his wonder strike compare to one of Hlompho Kekana's famous thunderbolts?
DC United took on Orlando City in a league clash earlier this week, and Rooney's 10th minute was the difference on the night.
The ex-Everton striker collected the ball within his own half after a breakaway from an opposition corner and smashed a near 70-yard effort in, much to the delight of the fans at the Audi Field stadium.

That said, Kekana scored one of the most memorable goals in Absa Premiership history when his halfway-line goal against Orlando Pirates in 2017 became a massive talking point on social media at the time.
