Mamelodi Sundowns' Percy Tau experienced some of the best months of his career under the mentorship of Head Coach Pitso Mosimane and explained the type of emotion he felt during their CAF Champions League win.
The Brazilians were crowned CAF Champions League winners last year and during the team's reception of their prestigious trophy, 22-year-old Tau was captured sitting in awe while his teammates were in celebration.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma, Tau revealed what was going through his mind during the team's celebration after winning the CAF Champions League.

"Ha, ha, ha, eish, that picture! Honestly, I was going through a lot of emotions and didn't even know how to express myself. I couldn't... errr… I couldn't find the right expression for it. I couldn't jump around or sing like the other guys, he said.
"You know how players celebrate and enjoy the moment of lifting a trophy, but I was just in a different zone altogether. I had just won the biggest prize in the continent, someone who was loaned out and came back to contribute so much to the team's success.
"All these things were coming to me and I was thinking about all the recent trophies we'd won and how well things were going for me, so it was all too much for me to digest," he added.
