Banyana Banyana beat Zambia in the semi-finals of the competition in a game played earlier today (Thursday) at Barbourfields Stadium in Bulawayo.
Following a thrilling match which produced six goals, as Banyana and Zambia drew 3-3 in regulation time, Desiree Ellis' side emerged as 5-3 winners in the penalty shootout.

After going down 3-0 with 15 minutes to go in the match, Banyana produced one of the great comebacks of all time in football as they scored three goals to force a penalty shootout against their opponents.
Leandra Smeda spearheaded the comeback for Banyana as she scored two goals, with the other striker coming from Rhoda Mulaudzi.

Banyana will face the winner of the match between Zimbabwe and Kenya in the final.
