Bafana Bafana midfield duo, Andile Jali and Dean Furman, sat out of the 6-1 win over Molemole Academy yesterday due to thigh and rib injuries. However, there was a bit of bad news for South Africa's head coach, with Jali and Furman nursing injuries, and Tebogo Langerman and Ronwen Wiliams also being monitored at this stage - although none of the injuries are expected to keep them out of the game. A statement from SAFA late last night said: "Furman and Jali are nursing a bruised rib and thigh muscle strain respectively but Bafana Bafana team Doctor Thulani Ngwenya is not worried about the two's injury setbacks. "Tebogo Langerman, also with a thigh muscle strain, and goalkeeper, Ronwen Williams, are also being monitored. "Dr Ngwenya said the injuries were nothing to worry about and the players are expected to be fully fit for Saturday's crunch match with Senegal." Bafana host Senegal at 15h00 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Limpopo.
