Following the departure of Vincent Kompany last season, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has now revealed his new captain for the 2019/20 campaign.

The Citizens manager has confirmed that veteran midfielder David Silva in his final season with the Premier League champions.
Fellow veteran Fernandinho , and Kevin de Bruyne have been named as the second captains for the new season.

He knows the Club, the league and has big respect.
Silva confirmed a couple months ago that the upcoming campaign will be his last wit the Manchester outfit.
