According to Don Balon, if the Catalan giants fail to lure Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho to Spain, they will attempt to sign 2014 FIFA World Cup winner Ozil from the Gunners.

The Spanish publication claimed that, rather than seeing Ozil move on a free transfer next season, Arsenal might look to make some money off the player who joined them for about £42.5 million (R790 million) in 2013.
