UEFA Champions League
Teams: Paris Saint-Germain vs Liverpool
Date: 28 November 2018
Venue: Parc des Princes
Time: 22:00
The duo missed PSG's latest league match after picking up minor injuries during the recent international break but have been declared fit to face the Reds, and are included in the line-up.
The French champions have raced to a record start in Ligue 1 this season, winning all of their 14 games so far, while Liverpool are also experiencing their best start to a Premier League campaign.
In the Champions League, however, both have somewhat surprisingly struggled so far. Liverpool, who beat PSG 3-2 in the reverse fixture, lost 2-0 at Crvena Zvezda during the last game round, while PSG failed to beat Napoli twice.
As a consequence, the Italian side currently sits at the top of Group C, level on six points with Jurgen Klopp's team, while Thomas Tuchel's men follow with five points.
If the Reds win at Parc des Prince tonight and Zvezda do not beat Napoli in the other group fixture, they will secure their ticket to the last 16, but they have lost both of their away games in the group so far. Les Parisiens, meanwhile, will be unable to finish in the top two if they lose and Napoli win.
The game is also a clash of two German coaches, who know each other well after Tuchel succeeded Klopp as Borussia Dortmund manager.
