The Red Devils and the Ligue 1 champions will meet for the first time since United's historic comeback at the Parc des Princes in March 2019.
On that occasion, PSG looked certain to have knocked the Premier League side out of the competition in the round of 16 after winning the first leg 2-0 at Old Trafford.
However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men became the first team to overturn a two-goal home defeat in the competition when they beat Les Parisiens 3-1 in their own backyard largely courtesy of a 94th minute penalty converted by Marcus Rashford.

The knockout-round tie was the only time the two teams had met before, with Thomas Tuchel and his team recovering from the shock in the 2019/20 campaign, when they reached the competition's final.
The French giants have had a rough start to the new season, though, losing their first two Ligue 1 games after several players tested positive for COVID-19.
However, they have got back on track since, winning their past five matches while scoring 16 goals and conceding just one strike.
United, meanwhile, also did not have a great start to 2020/21, losing 3-1 to Crystal Palace in their first game and then being trashed 6-1 by Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur three weeks later.
They did manage to get back to winning ways on the weekend when they beat Newcastle United 4-1, but their resolve will be tested a lot more by the likes of Neymar and Mbappe.
Solskjaer will have to make do with a makeshift defence with Harry Maguire and Eric Bailly both ruled out through injury. Mason Greenwood is also sidelined, while Edinson Cavani has not travelled to face his former side.
Here is how both teams line up:
Paris Saint-Germain: Keylor Navas; Florenzi, Diallo, Kimpembe, Kurzawa; Gueye, Danilo Pereira, Ander Herrera; Di María, Mbappé, Neymar.
Manchester United: De Gea; Tuanzebe, Lindelöf, Shaw; Wan-Bissaka, Fred, McTominay, Telles; Bruno Fernandes; Martial, Rashford
