The 27-year-old scored Liverpool's opener in their comfortable 4-1 win at FC Porto to progress 6-1 on aggregate to the semi-finals, with the strike being the Senegal winger's 22nd goal this season and his fourth in the UCL in 2018/19.
Overall, he has now scored 14 goals in Europe's biggest club competition – as many as legendary players Ronaldo and Zidane scored in their whole career.
In addition to matching the two legends, Mane has also equalled the goal tallies of Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane, while he is currently also outscoring players such as Radamel Falcao and Alexis Sanchez (both 12 goals), as well as Paulo Dybala (11 goals) in the competition, while Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard sits on just eight strikes.
According to Squawka, with his goal on Wednesday night, Mane became only the third African to net 10 UCL goals in the knockout stages alongside African legends Samuel Eto'o and Didier Drogba.
