The Belgian scored a brace as United became the first side ever in European history to overturn a 2-0 first-leg home defeat to progress in a knockout stage game, beating PSG 3-1 at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night.
United advanced on away goals courtesy of an injury-time penalty by Marcus Rashford, which was given upon VAR review after a shot by Diogo Dalot hit Presnel Kimpembe's arm.
Lukaku, who was full of praise for his coach after the final whistle, claimed that Solskjaer's future at Old Trafford is already secured.
"I know he is going to stay, there is no doubt about that," he told Viasport Fotball.
"He wants to stay, the players want him to stay. We are doing really well. We are playing like Manchester United should play.
"He is a young coach, he has young players as well. He has the perfect environment to develop and hopefully win trophies in the future."

When reporter Jan Aage Fjortoft asked Lukaku whether he would go to the board to tell them Solskjaer needs to sign a permanent contract, the in-form striker responded with a smile,
"I think they already discussed that. I'm just happy he is here and I hope he going to stay for many years," he answered.
The miraculous win by his side was Solskjaer's 14th victory in just 17 games in charge, while he has drawn two matches and lost just once – the first leg against PSG – since taking over from Jose Mourinho.
