Bayern Munich will meet Barcelona in the UFEA Champions League quarter-finals, but a German legend feels the Bavarians would have to play 'really bad' for the LaLiga giants to win.
The Bundesliga champions made light work of Chelsea in the round of 16 after claiming a 7-1 aggregate victory, including a 4-1 win in the second leg this past weekend.
Barcelona, meanwhile, needed 3-1 win on Saturday to overcome Napoli to secure a spot in the last eight after only claiming a 1-1 draw in Naples.
German legend Lothar Matthaus feels the one-legged tie is only going end up with Bayern winning, unless they perform badly.
"Of course Barcelona have got the quality to give the best of themselves in a knockout tie but I think that Bayern would have to really play badly to lose to the current Barcelona side," Matthäus told Sky, as per Marca.
"A lot of things can happen in a one-legged tie, if you have a bad day, you can easily find yourself knocked out. Over two legs you can always make up for playing badly in the first game," he added.
