AC Milan

Udinese 1-0 AC Milan

AC Milan did not get the start they had hoped for after falling to a 1-0 defeat away to Udinese on Sunday afternoon.

After a scoreless first half, Rodrigo Becao grabbed the all important win for Udinese with 18 minutes remaining in the game.

AS Roma 3-3 Genoa 

AS Roma and Genoa did not hold back in their league opener after playing to a thrilling 3-3 draw at the Stadio Olimpico.

Cengiz Ünder opened the scoring for Roma in the sixth minute but his goal was cancelled out by Andrea Pinamonti in the 16th minute for the visitors.

Edin Dzeko restored the lead for the hosts on the half-hour mark but Genoa hit back through Domenico Criscito  two minutes before the break.

Aleksandar Kolarov restored the lead once again for Roma four minutes after the break with a cracking free-kick, although Genoa secured the equaliser with 20 minutes remaining courtesy of Kouame.

Sampdoria 0-3 Lazio 

Lazio opened their campaign with a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Sampdoria at Stadio Comunale Luigi Ferraris.

Ciro Immobile began the campaign with a brace while Joaquin Correa also got on the score-sheet for the visitors.

Torino 2-1 Sassuolo 

Torino opened their campaign with a 2-1 victory over Sassuolo at Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.

Simone Zaza netted a brace to put his side two goals up, while Francesco Caputo 71st minute strike proved to be nothing more than a consolation.
