AC Milan

Hellas Verona 0-1 AC MIlan

AC Milan secured three points for the second straight Serie A clash after defeating Hellas Verona 1-0 on Sunday night.

The hosts were dealt a blow after 21 minutes when striker Mariusz Stepinski was shown a straight red card.   Milan got the game's only goal in the 68th minute, with Krzysztof Piatek netting his first of the season from the penalty spot.
The visitors also finished the game with 10 men when Davide Calabria received his marching orders in the fourth minute of time added on.   AS Roma 4-2 Sassuolo

AS Roma registered their first win of the season after thrashing Sassuolo 4-2 at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday evening.

The hosts raced into a four-goal lead thanks to strikes from Bryan Cristante, Edin Dzeko, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Justin Kluivert.

Domenico Berardi reduced the deficit with a second-half brace, but Roma were able to hold on for the win.

Inter Milan 1-0 Udinese

Inter Milan cemented top spot in Serie A for another weekend with a 1-0 victory over Udinese on Saturday night.

Stefano Sensi netted the winning goal for Antonio Conte's charges on the stroke of halftime. 

Napoli 2-0 Sampdoria

A brace from Dries Mertens guided Carlo Ancelotti's Napoli to a 2-0 victory over Sampdoria on Saturday night.   Other results:
