Inter Milan surged to the top of Serie A after rallying back from two goals down to defeat rivals AC Milan 4-2 at the San Siro on Sunday evening.
Diego Godin replaced the suspended Alessandro Bastoni in the Inter defence, while Alexis Sanchez, Romelu Lukaku and Ashley Young made their Milan derby debuts.
Hakan Calhanoglu nearly gave Milan an eighth-minute lead with a low shot from range that hit the foot of the post before bouncing back into play.
Inter responded on 23 minutes when Matias Vecino brought Milan shot-stopper Gianluigi Donnarumma to a low save with a snap-shot from a ball into the area by Romelu Lukaku.
However, Milan went ahead on 39 minutes after Ante Rebic connected with a knock-down from Ibrahimovic to slot past Daniele Padelli.
Ibrahimovic then gave Milan a second goal on the stroke of halftime after getting on the end of a corner to head home from the back post.
Inter were back in the contest five minutes after halftime when Marcelo Brozovic fired home a first-time volley into the bottom corner from the edge of the area.
Within three minutes, Inter levelled as Vecino picked up a low cross from Sanchez to turn home from close-range despite the best efforts of Simon Kjaer.
The Nerazzurri completed the turnaround when Stefan De Vrij connected with a corner to head into the far corner 70 minutes gone.
Inter nearly added a fourth when Nicolo Barella raced through before firing tamely at Donnarumma in the final minutes, with Ibrahimovic denied a second as he headed against the post.
The fourth goal did arrive for Conte's charges in added time when Lukaku got to the end of a cross from Victor Moses to head into the near post, as Inter grabbed victory to go top of the table.
