Sarri takes over at the Old Lady from Massimiliano Allegri, who ended his five-year relationship with the Serie A giants.

The 60-year-old is no stranger to the Italian top flight, having led to Napoli to a top-three finish in all three of his seasons in Naples.

Despite only spending one year at Chelsea, Sarri managed to get the club back in to the UEFA Champions League, won the Europa League and also reached the final of the League Cup, where they lost on penalties to Manhcester City

Sarri does have some big shoes to fill as Allegri has won the league title in each of his last five seasons.
