Juventus Transfer Latest: Five In, Six Out?

Possible signing: Adrien Rabiot (Paris Saint-Germain)

With a managerial change and some personnel changes to the squad expected at Italian giants Juventus, there are six players who could be headed for the exit door, while there are five stars heavily linked with the club, including two deals that are said to be close to completion.

Since the last time we looked at the Bianconeri's potential transfer business, many new developments have come to the fore.

For example, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot is expected to sign for the Italian champions on a free contract in the coming days, with Juve reportedly beating Manchester United to the 24-year-old's signature.

Many sources have also claimed that 19-year-old Dutch wonderkid Matthijs de Ligt has set his sights on joining the Old Lady, though that news is said not to have deterred Paris Saint-Germain from launching a new bid for the Ajax Amsterdam skipper, as per the Daily Mirror.

Former Juve midfielder Paul Pogba, who spent four years at the club from 2012 to 2016, is said to be keen on a return to the Serie A champions, despite United's unwillingness to sell let him leave in this transfer window.

Another two players are linked with Maurizio Sarri's side, but which of his players could be moved on before the end of August?

According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester City are closing on the signing of Juve right-back Joao Cancelo. The Portuguese could very well the first player to leave the Italian giants, though Andrea Barzagli has already announced his retirement from football.

Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain, who returns from a loan spell at Chelsea, could be moved on, though reports suggest they are yet to receive any offers for the 31-year-old. Sarri is believed to see Cristiano Ronaldo as an out-and-out No. 9.
