After being caught breaking the speed limit and driving illegally, a Real Madrid star, who has a chequered past with the law, has once again found himself in hot water with the authorities.
Los Blancos defender Marcelo was charged with exceeding the speed limit and driving without points on his licence card in December last year after he was caught travelling at 134km/h in a 120km/h zone.
That is according to Spanish publication Mundo Deportivo, who reported that the Brazil international has acknowledged the charge and will appear in court in March, although he alleges that he was not aware that he had no points on his licence.
