The race for the LaLiga title continues to heat up on as Real Madrid travel to a Levante outfit struggling for form at the moment on Saturday evening.
Los Blancos missed the chance to pull three points clear of FC Barcelona last weekend after drawing 2-2 with Celta Vigo last weekend.
Zinedine Zidane and his troops are well aware that three points will see the side end the weekend at the summit of the Spanish top flight standings.
However, The visitors will also have one eye on Wednesday's UEFA Champions League tie against Manchester City which could play a part in selection and substitutes on the day.
Zidane does have one big-name casualty to deal with as club-record signing Gareth Bale misses out along with Rodrygo Goes and Luka Jovic.
Real come up against a Levante side who have lost three of their last four LaLiga encounters recently which has seen the side slip into the bottom half of the standings.
Levante's recent record at home to Los Blancos does not make for good reading, having registered five losses and a draw since their last win in 2011.
