It has not taken the Bradford native long to get rid of the cobwebs as he has had a good start to life with Getafe in LALIGA.
The striker missed more than a year and a half of professional football after being arrested on charges relating to sexual assault in 2022.
Since putting that case to bed and returning to the pitch, though, the United academy graduate seems to have picked up right where he left off.
Under Pepe Bordalas in Madrid, the 22-year-old already has five goals and four assists in 15 appearances, even garnering praise from opposition players such as Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann.
However, the forward's form has not swayed the Red Devils to reconsider taking him back, according to talkSPORT, with the record Premier League champions still having no intention of reintegrating the England international back into their playing squad.
While the Mancunians may not be interested in bringing Greenwood back, a number of LALIGA's top sides are believed to be eager to offer him a new permanent home away from Old Trafford.
Real, Barca, Real Sociedad and Los Rojiblancos are all rumoured to be interested in signing Greenwood next season.

Getafe are also keen to keep the player beyond this campaign, and according to The Athletic, would only need to pay 80% of any transfer price United place on him, and would also receive 20% of the transfer fee should Greenwood move elsewhere.
