According to the Daily Mirror, the Red Devils have decided to trigger the 12-month extensions included in the contracts of defenders Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Victor Lindelof.
The duo have established themselves as reliable members of the squad under Erik ten Hag, even if they are not guaranteed starters.
Wan-Bissaka, who looked to be on his way out of the club in the early days of Ten Hag's reign, has enjoyed a resurgence and is now called upon more regularly by the Dutchman.
Lindelof has been viewed as an adequate replacement whenever Lisandro Martinez or Raphael Varane have been absent.
Anthony Martial is a player the club is yet to make a decision on, however. The Frenchman also has an option of an extra year in his deal, but the record Premier League champions are reluctant to trigger it as, after almost a decade into his United career, the forward is yet to find consistent form at Old Trafford.
The same report suggests that the 27-year-old is continuing to lose prominence in the squad following the recent arrival of Rasmus Hojlund as competition for places grows.
