Bruno Aims Dig At Onana After More Dropped Points In UCL?

Bruno Fernandes has seemingly taken a dig at Manchester United shotstopper Andre Onana.

Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has seemingly taken a slight dig at goalkeeper Andre Onana regarding the late goals they conceded in their latest UEFA Champions League encounter.

A Hakim Ziyech-inspired Galatasaray managed to come from behind to draw 3-3 with the Red Devils on Wednesday evening in Group A. Fernandes managed to make it 2-0 to United half-way through the first period, before Onana failed to deal with two free-kicks from the Moroccan.

The Cameroonian fumbled the second set piece, in particular, following a handling error and his captain appeared annoyed by the way they managed the game.

"It's really hard. We conceded really bad goals," the playmaker told TNT Sports.

"We have to take control of the situations in all of them. We were on top of the game twice and we had far too many chances to have the game closed.

"We were not clinical enough. I have nothing to explain. We concede the two goals and there's nothing we can do now. Obviously we could have done better with those two goals but it is what it is. Every time we conceded a goal we had many chances to score again.

"At the end of the game we had four chances. We have to lift our heads up and try to get the best players in the best positions and not take chances ourselves."

The fate of the English giants in the continental showpiece is now out of their hands going into the final round of group matches, as they must beat Bayern Munich at Old Trafford and hope Galatasaray and Copenhagen draw.
