A Paris Saint-Germain star is concerned that Manchester United might be a difficult team to beat without their former manager Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho, who has won two UEFA Champions League titles, was sacked on 18 December by United in a wake of defeat to rivals Liverpool and was replaced by club legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.   Solskjaer has transformed the side that was lacklustre under the Portuguese, winning his first three games in the Premier League convincingly.   Gianluigi Buffon, who joined PSG in the summer is wary of the Red Devils under a new coach since the French giants will play against United in the last 16 of the UEFA Champions League in February.   "Will it be more difficult against Manchester United without Mourinho? That is maybe the case," the veteran goalkeeper told Mirror.   "But that is not down to the value of the coach. "Someone like [Paul] Pogba has got something to prove. I think it will be a more complicated challenge."   The Italian legendary shot-stopper added that PSG are among the favourites but cautioned that strong teams don't usually win the title.   "They're [PSG] certainly among the big contenders, but the strongest team doesn't always win. Especially in a shorter tournament.   "It's sometimes the bravest who win."
