According to Sky Sports, the French club's representatives are expected to meet with Conte's agents in the coming days to discuss a potential move.
It is believed the Italian is one of the club's main managerial targets ahead of next season, with reports suggesting that current Les Parisiens boss Emery will be sacked at the end of the campaign.
The Italian's future at Chelsea also appears uncertain following reports that he and the club's board have had several fallouts this season.
PSG are said to be looking at Conte due to their disappointing UEFA Champions League campaign, in which they made no improvements on their showing in the 2016/17 edition of the tournament.
The acquisitions of Kylian Mbappe and Neymar did little to help PSG advance further than the round of 16 after suffering defeat at the hands of Real Madrid.
