Paris Saint-Germain Closing In On Another Brazil International

Paris Saint-Germain Closing In On Another Brazil International

With Paris Saint-Germain already home to four first-team Brazil internationals, including superstar Neymar, the French giants are close to signing yet another Selecao star.

CR7: What Cuadrado Said When I Asked Him For No. 7 Shirt

According to ESPN FC, the Ligue 1 side is chasing Atletico Madrid left-back Filipe Luis' signature.

Los Rojiblancos manager Diego Simeone recently stated that the club will not sell the fullback, although it has also been claimed that the player is keen on a move to France.

The 33-year-old has reportedly made his desire to join PSG clear to Atletico, who have since been linked with Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso.

Luis joined Atletico from Deportivo La Coruna in 2010, and has since only spent one season away from the club. He signed for Chelsea in July 2014, but rejoined the Spanish side a year later.

The defender has established himself as one of the best left-backs in the world, and is also a full international. He would join up with Brazil colleagues Neymar, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos and Dani Alves if he does sign for PSG.

Martial Makes Big Man Utd Decision

The ex-Blues man has represented the Selecao on 35 occasions so far, and played 460 games in his senior club career.

Do you think Luis would be a good signing for PSG? Let us know in the comments section below.
