Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar believes it is unfair that one one of his teammates is being forced out of the Ligue 1 giants.
Reports: Neymar Willing To Take Pay Cut To Join Real
Brazil international Lucas Moura is reportedly on the verge of signing for Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur and it is all down to his lack of playing time in France.
The 25-year-old, who has been told by head coach Unai Emery that he is not needed anymore, has not started a single league game for PSG this season and the manner of which his countryman has been told to leave has saddened Neymar.
"I'm sad because he's a good friend, he's a quality player who was rarely used," Neymar said, as quoted by FourFourTwo.
"I think it's very unfair. He is my brother in football. I wish him the best. Whatever the destination, I hope he will score a lot and he will return to the Brazilian national team.
"He's not just a friend, he's a very good guy. Here he could have been used a lot more but I'm not the owner of the team, not the owner of Paris. For me, he should never have left Paris."
