The Frenchman has endured a difficult season in England, with rumours suggesting his relationship with manager Jose Mourinho is not a healthy one.
Along with Real Madrid, there has been reports that Pogba could end up at Les Parisiens, and Marco Verratti has stated he would welcome the 25-year-old with open arms.
"It is easier to play with top players like him (Pogba)," he said, according to Fox Sport.
"I think that is normal that all major players want to join PSG because there is a big project here, unlike most in Europe, with an incredible team and in an incredible city.
"Those who come will always be welcome but also must give their best."
