Kylian Mbappe, Neymar and Edinson Cavani ran riot as Paris Saint-Germian claimed a 9-0 victory over Lebogang Phiri's Guingamp in Ligue 1 on Saturday night.
Gianluigi Buffon and Neymar made their way back to the line-up after missing the victory over Amiens last weekend due to injury and fatigue respectively, ahead of Alphonse Areola and Julian Draxler while right back Thilo Kehrer replaced Thomas Meunier in defence.
The visitors have already beaten PSG this season, albeit in the Coupe de la Ligue almost two weeks ago.
Neymar made an early impact as he opened the scoring for the Parisians in the 11th minute, with a good individual piece of skill to evade his marker to slot home from close range.
Thomas Tuchel was forced to make a substitution in the 20th minute as Marco Verratti went down with injury and he was replaced by Draxler.
Kylian Mbappe finally doubled the lead for PSG eight minutes before the break with a clinical finish inside the box after combining to good effect with Neymar.
Mbappe quickly made it 3-0 for the hosts on the stroke of halftime and got his brace with a slick finish past goalkeeper Marc-Aurele Caillard following a through ball from Edinson Cavani.
After a somewhat quiet start to the second half, Cavani made it 4-0 for Tuchel's men a minute before the hour with a simple tap-in at close range after he was setup by Juan Bernat, who had made a galloping run on the wing.
Cavani got the fifth goal for PSG in the 66th minute and completed his brace with a header inside the box following a cross from Mbappe, 5-0.
Two minutes later, Neymar bagged his second goal and PSG's sixth with a cool finish past Caillard following a through ball from Mbappe.
Tuchel's troops were on a rampage as Cavani completed his hat-trick 14 minutes before time with a finish inside the box after Guingamp failed to clear their lines following a cross into the area., 7-0.
Mbappe also claimed his hat-trick ten minutes before time as he made it 8-0 for PSG with a close-range finish as the Guingamp defence had no answer for the defending champions.
Meunier rounded off the scoring seven minutes before time for the hosts with a clinical strike after latching on a loose ball inside the box as PSG got their revenge for their league cup exit.
