2018 FIFA World Cup Young Player of the Tournament Kylian Mbappe has reportedly asked Paris Saint-Germain to sign a certain Chelsea star in this window.
Xavi: PSG Star Would Be A Great Signing For Barca
According to L'Equipe, the France international has told the Ligue 1 champions to go after his fellow countryman N'Golo Kante.
The former Leicester City midfielder has been one of the Blues' standout players over the past two seasons, and after an impressive World Cup campaign, he has attracted interest from Europe's elite.
"I spoke with N'Golo during the World Cup. I was careful to not overdo it, though, as transfers can flood your mind," Mbappe told France Football.
"In the end, I put a few words in his pocket, which I am sure he must have discovered once he got home, to deliver the message."
FC Barcelona and PSG are just two of the clubs said to be interested in the Frenchman, who is said to be happy with life in London despite the demand for his signature.
Mbappe apparently enjoyed playing alongside the 27-year-old at the World Cup in Russia, and saw him as a valuable asset on the field and in the changing room during the tournament.

Chelsea are unlikely to want to selling their prized midfielder, though, as they could lose the likes of Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid, while Willian may also go to FC Barcelona in the coming weeks.
