Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that one of their stars, who has been linked with FC Barcelona, will not join the team on their mid-season tour of Qatar.

The French club has already announced that midfielder Adrien Rabiot will not sign a new deal and will leave the Parc des Princes at the end of the campaign as a result, while reports in Spain and France suggest that the midfielder has already agreed to a move to the Catalan giants next season.
The Frenchman has had limited game time this season, and will now miss out on the club's mid-season trip to the Middle East.
"Adrien Rabiot will not participate in our Qatar tour for family reasons," the club said via its official Twitter account.
"The club will not give any public comment on this decision out of respect for the player's family and loved ones."
