It is widely believed that the 27-year-old will move on from his French club when his contract expires at the end of the current campaign.
Balotelli, who has rediscovered his form in front of goal since joining Nice, is a wanted man it seems, with his agent Mino Raiola claiming he is wanted by four big Serie A clubs, as well as a few English sides.
"Mario is ready to return, he has matured into one of the top 10 strikers in the world," Raiola told Rai.
"In Italy, he's number one. He's worth €100 million, but he's on a free transfer and is therefore a bargain.
"I'm already negotiating with many clubs in England and in Italy.
"I've spoken with Juve, Roma, Napoli and Inter."
