FC Barcelona and Club Atlético de Madrid have reached an agreement on the transfer of Memphis Depay
The ex-Manchester United forward has endured a challenging 2022/23 campaign at the Blaugrana, having made just four appearances across all competitions.
Depay, 28, joined Barcelona as a free agent in 2021 from Olympique Lyon as a cheap option during a time of financial turmoil for the club, and leaves for Atletico after scoring 14 goals in 42 matches.
His club career has been a total contrast to his international career in recent years, with the former PSV Eindhoven attacker having become an integral member of the Dutch national team.
