According to Mundo Deportivo, the Blaugrana's coaching staff are becoming increasingly frustrated with Brazil international Raphinha, who joined the club from Leeds United at the beginning of the season.
Following a difficult start to life in LaLiga, Raphinha has impressed since returning from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, but there are concerns over his attitude.
It is claimed some of his teammates and coaches are worried about how many times he has kicked up a fuss after being substituted, with the latest incident occurring during the team's stalemate with Getafe on Sunday.
Raphinha, 26, was visibly annoyed at Xavi Hernandez's decision to replace him in the 87th minute of the encounter away from home, in what was Barcelona's second consecutive 0-0 draw.
It is said Xavi had to give the former Premier League star a talking to in a recent training session about his tough-tackling on teammates, and asked him to have that same intensity in games, with the Brazilian reportedly responding angrily to his manager's remarks.
