According to Sport, the Catalan giants are aiming to sell the 20-year-old Spain international at the end of the current campaign.

The winger has battled to find his best form for Barcelona since the season got underway, leading to concerns among supporters that his future may lie away from the Camp Nou.

It is believed his agent, high-profile player representative Jorge Mendes, is committed to placing the academy product in the shop window to appeal to teams in the Premier League.

There is one club, particularly, that the Portuguese agent is determined for his client to join – Wolverhampton Wanderers – a side Mendes has a great relationship with.

Mendes is reported to feel that Fati leaving to join Wolves would benefit Barcelona financially, and could use the potential transfer as an opportunity to take Ruben Neves to the Catalans.

The publication claims the African-born winger is valued at around €80 million (R1.6 billion), €50 million (R1 billion) of which would be covered by Barca's possible signing of Neves.

Fati, however, was previously completely against taking his career to the Molineux Stadium until now, with the outlet claiming heavy pressure will be placed on the youngster in the coming weeks.
