Borussia Dortmund hit the winning trail once again in the Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over bottom-placed Greuther Furth at the BVB Stadion on Wednesday evening.
Dortmund lost a bit of ground with the leaders Bayern Munich over the weekend after playing to a 1-1 draw at VfL Bochum, whilst Furth had just picked up their first win of the season.
Norwegian talisman Erling Braut Haaland bagged the opener in the first half with a penalty and added a brace in the second half.

December 15, 2021 Bayer Leverkusen failed to consolidate third spot after letting a two-goal slip for a 2-2 draw against TSG Hoffenheim at the BayArena.
A double either side of the half from Patrik Schick seemed to have Bayer over the line, but goals in the last ten minutes from substitutes Angelo Stiller and Mu'nas Dabbur spoiled their party.
Leverkusen were dealt another blow as Moussa Diaby saw red late on for a second bookable offence.
FC Augsburg came from a goal down to hold RB Leipzig to a 1-1 draw and maintained their fight to stave off the bottom-three slots.
The host boosted their chances with a win over FC Koln the past weekend, and Andre Silva's solitary finish in the first half had them on the back-foot for long spells this time around.
However, Daniel Caliguiri came good for the host with a penalty-kick in the last four minutes that denied Leipzig sixth spot in the process.
Borussia Monchengladbach lost for the fourth time in succession in a 3-2 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt, who finished the match with ten players on the field.
Gladbach were first on the board through Florian Neuhaus only for Rafael Maury to equalise ahead of halftime and Jesper Lindstrom to complete the turnaround.
Two goals in successions followed then after Ramy Bensebiani's penalty-kick levelled matters, but Daichi Kamada immediately restored advantage for Frankfurt who had Tuta near fulltime.
SC Freiburg weren't able to move into fourth spot after playing to a tough goalless draw against FC Union Berlin.
Berlin headed into the match with a loss at bottom-tabled Greuther Furth, while Freiburg lost on their own turf to TSG Hoffenheim.
