Greetings, Abdelmounaim Boutouil, and welcome to the squad ????#DimaWydad pic.twitter.com/eC6ZacsHBd
Sundowns confirmed the 26-year-old's departure last week after just two seasons with the club.
Boutouil now returns to his home nation where he will reunite with Mokwena, and becomes the second former Sundowns player to join Wydad after Cassius Mailula's arrival.
The Moroccan defender is no stranger to the Botola Pro 1, having previously played for the likes of AS FAR Rabat and SCC Mohammedia.
It is understood that he has signed a two-year deal with the club.
