It is believed the former Everton star paid about £2.3 million (R35 million) for the seven-bedroom house in 2014, and we think this was a steal!
The house used to belong to 1966 FIFA World Cup winner Alan Ball, and the premises borders Red Devils legend Ryan Giggs' property.
The mansion is absolutely incredible inside, and is equipped with a home cinema, a swimming pool, a hot tub and a games room, which seems to have a woodlands theme.
What do you think of Fellaini's home?
