The club badges of the two South African teams have made it into FourFourTwo's list of the 17 "weirdest club badges in world football". Find out which two here!
FourFourTwo editor Huw Davies recently compiled a list of the most "bizarre" club football logos around the world, and included Cape Town club Santos' badge, as well as the Free State Stars' logo.
Clearly, he doesn't know the cultural backgrounds of both club's badges.
The slogan "Ea Lla Koto", which can be translated to "a knobkerrie will hit you" has a deeper meaning for the Sotho people.
Davies also compares the Santos logo to "a bleeding smiley face with too many eyes", which many will find disrespectful.
