Ten Hag Makes Kane 'Decision' At Man Utd

Ten Hag Makes Kane 'Decision' At Man Utd

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has reportedly made it clear what he wants when it comes to the club's pursuit of England record-breaker Harry Kane.

Heading towards the end of the 2022/23 season, it appears the Red Devils will be looking to bolster their attack by adding a world-class forward to the team's attacking department.

Victor Osimhen and Kane are two forwards strongly linked with the recent Carabao Cup winners, with the Napoli frontman and Tottenham Hotspur No. 10 enjoying impressive goalscoring campaigns.

According to the Daily Star, however, it is the 29-year-old Englishman whom Ten Hag believes should be United's priority target in the next window, with the club reportedly preparing an offer worth £80 million (R1.7 billion) for his signature.

This comes just days after the Spurs academy product surpassed Wayne Rooney to become England's all-time leading scorer, with his international goals tally currently standing at 55.

A number of clubs around Europe will be monitoring Kane's situation in London as he approaches the final 12 months of his deal at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs have previously rejected triple-figure bids for their talisman, who recently reached 20 goals in a Premier League season for the sixth time in his career.

Many, though, believe Kane could be tempted to leave the Lilywhites in attempt to add trophies to his otherwise impressive CV.
