Jesse Lingard has hit out at Manchester United and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ahead of his return to Old Trafford this evening with Nottingham Forest.
The midfielder's time in Manchester came to an end in June when his contract expired after a frustrating 2021/2022 season.

Lingard had impressed on a loan spell with West Ham United the campaign and was persuaded to stay at United under Solskjaer rather than return to the Hammers for another season.
The 30-year-old made just four starts for the Red Devils last season and he reveals he never got a reason as to why he wasn't playing.
"I don't know why I wasn't playing,' Lingard said, as per the Mirror.
"I don't know what the problem was, whether it was politics or whatever. I still haven't got an answer. I'd rather that someone had told me, "This is why you're not playing", out of respect for me being there so long, but I never got that.
"It was false promises. I was training hard and I was sharp, I was ready.
"So this is a chance to say my goodbyes because I never really got that. It will be an enjoyable occasion but we want to win the game. You can't get caught up too much in it emotionally."
