Zeca Marques insists his side at least deserved a draw, after Moroka Swallows were beaten 1-0 by Orlando Pirates on Wednesday night.
The Dube Birds are still looking for the first league win in 2014 and Marques believes his side will only get better from here on.
"There's obviously no justice, I think we deserved at least a draw here after what we done here, the goalkeeper(Meyiwa) deserved man of the match," said Marques.
"We had them on the back foot for 45 minutes in the second half, I thought overall we never deserved to lose this match , it was unfortunate again that we conceded a goal so early in the game.
"I think we showed character today, I told the players this is the last game we lost, based on this performance we can only go forward from here.
"We've lost the game but I think we conquered our fears."
