Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Lungisani Ndlela, believes that the Absa Premiership trophy for the 2013/14 season is for Pitso Mosimane and his team to take to Chloorkop.
Ndlela, who played for Sundowns between 2006 and 2009, told the Siya crew that Sundowns have a good chance of winning the league, following Kaizer Chiefs' 0-0 draw with Wits on Wednesday night.
"Chiefs had to win their game last night. I'm not saying they played badly, but Sundowns are ahead with the points.
"Sundowns have two more games to play before the end of the season. They have to go all out in both those games. They have to give it their all even if it means breaking a leg or something.
"They have a good squad and their signings fitted in well. They play entertaining football. Their coach knows what he wants. He understands his players and knows what each of them is capable of.
"It's been a while since they last won something. I am sure they are looking forward to it. Players like Surprise (Moriri) are back to their best and that is good for the team," said Ndlela.
Ndlela also played for Moroka Swallows and SuperSport United during his career. He confirmed to the Siya crew that he is working at Witbank's Paxton Prison in Mpumalanga these days.
