Here Are Tips For Selected Soccer 6 Matches
UEFA Champions League holders, Real Madrid, are aiming to be the first team to defend their European title when they lock horns against Juventus at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Los Blancos will have to overturn the 2-1 deficit if they are to book an-all Spanish final, following Barcelona's exploits on Tuesday. With the Spanish La Liga title slowly slipping away from Real after they were held to a 2-2 draw by Valencia last time out, the setback effectively leaves the Champions League as the Club World Cup winners' only remaining chance of silverware this campaign. The Italian champions are coming off a 1-1 draw with Cagliari in the Serie A and, are hoping to upset the home side in order to take a step closer to claiming a double.   Brentford and Middlesbrough face off against one another in their English Championship play-off semi-final second leg on Friday, May 15. Boro take a slender advantage into the match after claiming a hard-fought 2-1 win at Griffin Park. Fernando Amorebieta scored a stoppage-time winner that will see Middlesbrough take the one goal lead back to the Riverside. With AFC Bournemouth and Watford already having made their way into the Barclays English Premiership ahead of next season, the two outfits are looking to see off each other for a step closer to Wembley and eventually a journey to topflight football.   If you are a betting person, here are tips ahead of the fixtures brought to you by Soccer 6 and former Bafana Bafana star, Delron Buckley.    For more info on this and other matches in the soccer 6 pools, go to the Soccer 6 website here.   REAL MADRID V JUVENTUS   League position: Real 2nd and Juventus 1st   Useful facts: Real have to overturn a first leg 2-1 deficit, however now they have the benefit of home advantage. The return of Karim Benzema is also a massive boost for the Galacticos. With that said, Carlo Ancelotti's men do have some challenges facing them in central midfield. Luka Modric's injury, in particular, leaves a few gaps for Real in the middle of the park. The return of Paul Pogba for Juventus appears to give the Italians a decisive advantage in midfield. Nonetheless, Real will be flying out of the blocks as they take on the Italian champions at the Santiago Bernabeu.   Delron Buckley: Difficult game. Real win.    MIDDLESBROUGH V BRENTFORD    League position: Boro 4th and Brentford 5th   Useful facts: In this second leg Championship promotion play-off, Brentford have to try and overturn a 2-1 deficit when they visit the Riverside Stadium. It will be a big ask because Boro are an exceptional defensive unit and are a very dangerous side on the counter. Expect Boro to be favourites at home in the clash.    Delron Buckley: Boro win at home.
