The Siya crew has been informed that GladAfrica outfit Pretoria Callies have parted ways with a staggering number of 23 players!
The GladAfrica Championship outfit dived deep into the transfer market and strengthened their team by recruiting around 40 players at the start of the campaign.
However, Siya sources have informed the crew that the Callies bosses haven't received any return on investment on their large spending and as a result have drastically trimmed their squad, most of whom are among the high earners at the club.
According to Siya sources, the likes of Thabo Moloi, Abram Ngcobo, Edmore Chirambandare, Lesvin Stoffels, Keletso Sifama, Itumeleng Shopane and Edward Manqele are all believed to be among the casualties at the club.
Siya sources further indicated that the club currently have 17 players which they will use to finish off the rest of the campaign in hopes of improving their situation which sees them currently sit in 13th place on the log standings.
Subsequently, the crew has been informed that there are a number of trialists currently at the club, with Zama Rambuwane and Siyabonga Zulu who has been trying to revive his once promising career.
