The 17-year-old Southampton starlet recently penned his first professional contract in England after impressing in the Saints' famed youth academy, and despite his age has been playing this season for the club's U23 side as well as their U18s.
On top of his performances with the U23s, the Siya crew has also been told that the talented teenager has trained with Ralph Hasenhüttl's first team as they look to contribute further to his development, and has starting raising some eyebrows in the United Kingdom.
According to Siya sources, Chauke is very open to the idea of playing for South Africa at youth level with a view to hopefully making it into the Bafana Bafana setup in his future, however it is also thought that the English Football Association is keeping tabs on him given his rise through the ranks.
Chauke, who can play as a defensive, central and attacking midfielder, certainly appears to be one to watch in the coming years, and SAFA will surely be keeping very close tabs on the youngster as they keep up their Vision 2022 plans.
