Orlando Pirates could give a run to new players in their match tonight as coach Jose Riveiro and his technical team have entered another phase of pre-season.
The Buccaneers will be up against English Championship side Plymouth Argyle in a highly competitive pre-season friendly this evening at Marbella Football Centre in Málaga, Spain.

As hinted by the reigning MTN8 and Nedbank Cup champions, the likes of new signing Gilberto, as well as Mohau Nkota and Siyabonga Dladla from the reserve team could be available for selection.
"Pirates have some new faces on tour, having confirmed the signing of Angola international Delvi Miguel Riveira – otherwise known as Gilberto – who signed a three-year-deal from Petro de Luanda. Meanwhile Academy graduates Mohau Nkota and Siyabonga Dladla are among those granted the opportunity to impress ahead of the upcoming season," confirmed Bucs on the club's official website.

Meanwhile, tonight's match and the upcoming two fixtures against La Liga outfit Sevilla on Monday and Al Sadd SC of Qatar next Friday could be an opportunity to impress for the likes of Relebohile Mofokeng and Patrick Maswanganyi, who are some of the players that have been linked with big moves.
Following his impressive performance and progress since making his professional debut late in the 2022/23 season, Mofokeng has been linked with an overseas move, with Levante of Spain among the clubs reportedly keeping an eye on him.
